One of the better articles I’ve seen in a long time with very succinct points, Dave has really hit the nail squarely on the head here.
It’s fortunate for some that not every company adopts this approach. Potential customers I talk to are generally confused about the requirements of a turnkey signage network, they don’t understand what components are required and in many cases lack the internal skills needed to run and maintain a service. Many of our competitors don’t appear to educate or speak to their customers in a language they can understand, over complicated websites and an array of products with complex pricing models also add to the confusion.
